Lennox Head is a beachside township in Ballina Shire near Seven Mile Beach, on the Northern coast of New South Wales. Brisbane is 211 kilometres north and Sydney 776 south. Nearly 2000 people call Lennox Head home, but in peak seasons there can be up to a thousand more holiday makers staying in the area.

Surfing is one of the major attractions of Lennox Head. The breaks off the headland at Lennox Point are famous and historically important in the Australian surfing community; the stretch of coast from the south side of Flat Rock, north to Lennox Point is now protected as the Lennox National Surfing Reserve. Windsurfing, hang-gliding and four wheel driving are also popular near Lennox Point, and Seven Mile Beach. In the mornings you can often see pods of Dolphins fishing for their breakfast just off the beach, and migrating whales pass by twice a year.

Move to Lennox Head for an environmentally caring seaside lifestyle. The locals are passionate about preserving the natural beauty of the area. This care is evident in projects run at the local schools and the commitment of local businesses to sustainable design and practice.
